2. Appointments & Scheduling Accurate Information Required

When requesting a quote or booking a service, you agree to provide accurate information, including:

  • First and Last Name

  • Phone Number

  • Email

  • Home Address or Service Location

  • Vehicle Year, Make, Model, and Color

Providing incorrect or incomplete information may result in delays, additional fees, or appointment cancellation.

Service Location

For mobile detailing, you must ensure:

  • The location is safe and legal to operate in

  • Adequate parking space is available

  • Access to water or electricity if required (unless we specify otherwise)

 

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are based on the information you provide and the condition of your vehicle.


Final pricing may vary depending on:

  • Vehicle size

  • Level of dirt, stains, or damage

  • Pet hair removal

  • Excessive contaminants (sap, tar, overspray, mold, etc.)

  • Additional services requested on-site

 

Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise arranged. We reserve the right to require deposits for certain services.

4. Changes, Rescheduling & Cancellations Customer Cancellations

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify us as early as possible. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for late cancellations or no-shows.

Company Cancellations

We may reschedule or cancel appointments due to unsafe conditions, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. If we must cancel, we will make every reasonable effort to reschedule promptly.

5. Vehicle Condition & Liability Pre-Existing Damage

 

We are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage, defects, or wear

  • Loose or failing trim, emblems, seals, or interior components

  • Damage caused by improper prior repairs or modifications

We may document the vehicle’s condition before service using photos or video.

 

Personal Belongings

Please remove valuables before your appointment.
We are not responsible for personal items left in the vehicle.

Results Not Guaranteed

While we strive for the highest quality, results may vary based on:

  • Vehicle age

  • Paint condition

  • Material type

  • Level of staining or damage

    • Some imperfections may not be fully correctable.

 

6. SMS/Text Messaging Terms
