Ceramic coatings are chemical polymers which are in liquid form, but when applied to a vehicle, harden to form an extremely durable layer of protection which lasts for several years. Ceramic coating details include paint correction for two reasons: It prepares the surface for the coating to ensure it bonds properly. It removes defects which otherwise would be locked in by the coating. Ceramic coating details include the following steps: • Single-stage uses a 1-step polish to address minor defects. • Two-stage: uses a compound followed to address moderate defects. • Multi-stage: uses multiple compounds to address severe defects. Here are the steps involved in a ceramic coat detail: o Wheel faces, barrels, tires, and wheel wells cleaned o Iron contamination removal o Tar/Sap removal o Bug removal o Clay mitt o Foam Cannon and Hand Wash o Drying stage using a plush microfiber towel o Door jams cleaned o Panel wipe solution to remove oils from polishing o Exterior windows cleaned o Ceramic Coat application

Personal Belongings: Please remove all personal belongings from your vehicle before your appointment. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items. 8. Payment: Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment as specified on our website. 9. Weather Policy: In the event of inclement weather, we may need to reschedule your appointment. We will notify you as soon as possible if this is the case. 10. Pet Hair Removal Policy: If pet hair is found in your vehicle and the pet hair removal service was not added to your booking, additional charges will apply. The price for pet hair removal is determined by the size of the vehicle and the extent of the pet hair and dirt. 11. Pick-Up and Drop-Off Service: We offer a convenient pick-up and drop-off service for your vehicle. Please inform us at the time of booking if you require this service. Additional charges may apply based on the distance and location. 12.
