Personal Belongings: Please remove all personal belongings from your vehicle before your appointment. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items. 8. Payment: Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment as specified on our website. 9. Weather Policy: In the event of inclement weather, we may need to reschedule your appointment. We will notify you as soon as possible if this is the case. 10. Pet Hair Removal Policy: If pet hair is found in your vehicle and the pet hair removal service was not added to your booking, additional charges will apply. The price for pet hair removal is determined by the size of the vehicle and the extent of the pet hair and dirt. 11. Pick-Up and Drop-Off Service: We offer a convenient pick-up and drop-off service for your vehicle. Please inform us at the time of booking if you require this service.
